esigned for young learners progressing beyond standard classroom pace, this carefully structured small-group programme develops confident, fluent reading through systematic phonics instruction, guided practice, and personalised support. Each cohort is limited to four students to ensure focused attention, meaningful participation, and consistent progress. The programme is particularly well suited to families seeking a more rigorous and attentive approach to early literacy development in a calm, academically focused environment. Cancellation Policy
1. Compensation In consideration of the tuition services, the Client shall pay the Tutor at the agreed hourly rate. The same rate applies to lessons shorter than 1 hour. The hourly rate will not change unless mutually agreed upon by the Client and the Tutor. Taster sessions if requested by the Client are free for up to 1 hour in duration, after which the displayed hourly rate of the chosen subject will apply pro rata. 2. Payment Deadline The lesson fee is paid by the Client a calendar month in advance, for the total agreed number of lessons for the month, no later than 48 hours before the start of the first lesson of the month. If payment is delayed, the Tutor is not obliged to continue delivering services. 3. Cancellation Policy Should the Client cancel a lesson more than 48 hours prior to the start of the lesson, the lesson will be refunded or rescheduled at a different time free of charge, as mutually agreed upon by the Client and the Tutor. If the Client cancels the lesson with shorter than 48 hours notice, the lesson is considered as held and will not be refunded or rescheduled free of charge. If the lesson begins later than the arranged time at the fault of the Tutor, the lesson is timed from the Tutor’s arrival. If the lesson begins later than the arranged time at the Client's fault after the Tutor's arrival, the lesson will still finish at the usual time the fee difference will not be refunded and the time will not be made up. 3.1 Force Majeure If either party fails to perform their agreed obligations due to unforeseeable circumstances (Force Majeure), such as a declaration of war, a disease epidemic, a hurricane, earthquake, or “Act of God”, industrial action or delays impacting the UK rail network or the London underground, the lesson will be fully refunded or rescheduled at a different time free of charge.
